Expo Registration
All Expo participants must complete a registration form below. Registration fees include: admission, conference materials, and meals. Payments must be submitted on or before January 14, 2008. Sorry, no single day registration. Exhibit space is guaranteed only upon receipt of fees. No refunds will be extended after January 15, 2008. (Please see cancellation and refund policies below). Registration will be complete only after registration forms and fees have been received by the FGLSAMP Central Administration Office.

Payment Process
Checks should be made payable to FGLSAMP and sent to FGLSAMP Central Administration Office, Florida A&M University, 1540-A South Adams Street, Tallahassee, FL 32307 by Monday, January 14, 2008. Sorry Credit Cards are not accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Process
All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing and postmarked by Monday, January 14, 2008. Requests must be submitted to FGLSAMP Central Administration Office, Florida A&M University1540-A South Adams St., Tallahassee, FL 32307. A refund of the conference fee minus a $50.00 administrative fee per registrant will be given for cancellations received by January 14, 2008. No refunds will be granted after January 15, 2008.
